Help > My hand couldn't be parsed

If you received the message saying your hand history could not be parsed and it was a valid PokerStars hand history which you uploaded don't worry.

As we are currently in Beta there may be situations that our parser doesn't currently handle properly. All failed hands are saved and logged within our system and we are actively reviewing these on a daily basis to improve our parser.

However to ensure your hand is processable it must fulfil the following criteria:

  1. It is an PokerStars hand history (not re-exported from a program like Hold'em Manager or PokerTracker)
  2. Be in English
  3. Include the entire hand history from the start of the hand (including the hand information) all the way up to the end of the Summary section.
  4. See the help article on how to get your hand history from PokerStars for more detail.

Your failed uploads, if valid, will appear under your player directory once they have been reviewed.

If the hand you uploaded was not a valid PokerStars hand then it will not be parsed.
